Shipping Policy
Each sheath is custom made just for you. Our standard processing time, to the time of shipping, is 5-8 weeks.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We ship orders with United States Postal Service Priority Shipping.
$7.00 USPS Priority Shipping applies to standard orders to anywhere in the USA or APO addresses.
Shipping on custom orders, in which you ship your knife to us, will vary typically from $10 to $22 depending on your knife.
International orders are as follows:
Shipping priority to Canada is at least $23.95. Express Shipping is available upon request and additional charge.
Shipping priority to the rest of the world is at least $33.95. Shipping time is not guaranteed. Express Shipping is available upon request for additional charge.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your sheath upon receiving it, please see our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If your return does not fall under our Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (we do not refund shipping costs). Returned custom design items or sheaths from mailed in knives will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
